I was overall slightly disappointed with my first draft of my front cover. I feel it doesn't look as professional as i'd like it too. I think i need a few little changes such as the background colour and my photoshop skills need to improve on changing the colour of people's clothing. I was also a bit unsure on placement on the band names so I put them either side above the picture. This is something i'm still unsure about. Other than that I I feel that it looks decent and it looks like a music magazine.

ReplyDeleteI like how youre font are all of a similar size at the top. However there is a lot of empty space in the middle. The wa that your models are positioned and dress fits the style your going for which makes it look very attractive.
The font for the name of the magazine reminds me of the rolling stones magazine so I quite like that. But there is some more empty space on the side of it. Overall I quite like the approach you have taken. Empty space is something to improve on though.
